The system hangs for about 5-10 seconds in random intervals - sometimes it's several times per hour and sometimes it's just once per two hours.
I have a HP Omen that I use for office work. Most of the time the internet connection is barely workable, only up to 10 Mps often even slower. My tiny Lenovo is fine, so I assume it is not the internet connection or Wifi. What can be done to make the Omen work?
