What you just described is not the normal trans shudder most speak of. The "shudder" happens at 40-60mph, low rpm, light throttle, feels light driving over the rumble strips on the edge of the lane. Braking, manual down shifting or adding a lot of throttle stops it. Is there another dealer you can go to?
