SYSCO has a very well paid pension program if you manage to qualify. Not an hourly employee. I can't comment on the pension plan. The 401K for exempt employees is pretty stellar though. These days any pension is good.I can't give an accurate rate but I think a good ball park amount after 20 years is about 2500 a month.
