Problem is this: - horrible high frequency vibration and hum begin at about 35 mph (during the heat of the day) and about 40-45mph (in cool of night) - headlights in rear-view mirror appear as halos and not pinpoints because of this vibration. - gets worse with increased speed. - worse when off the gas - gets better but not gone when on the gas.
