Once realizing data was pay by the gig I canceled my xfinity mobile service after discussing options with another employee. He said I could return the phone and be refunded. On my desktop and mobile device it says I owe $400 something for the phone. And I owe $42 for next month. Fun fact, removing autopay is not an option anywhere.
