An honorable mention, imo, is Witherbloom Witchcraft from the Strixhaven precons. Admittedly, it's not as strong as the other precons in the set, but it was the first set that got me interested in Golgari colors (not including my Kadena deck, which I mostly liked for it's Simic colors and morph focus).

Any of the return to ixalan precons are great for casual play, the foretell one from Khaldheim is a fun one to pilot and upgrade and all of the fallout precons and warhammer 40k precons are fun for casual play and can be upgraded for more advanced play fairly easily/cost effectively
