Everyone said if your truck is or was flex fuel, then the stock pump will work on NA motors good to about 400 hp. I know it definitely works if you have a flex fuel truck.The exact same info applies to the Blazer tank. 87' tank, 87' sending unit, high pressure fuel pump (Walbro or ACDelco EP381).
