My bar for no-manual is: Ghost, death skulls, skeleton, volley/soulstrike depending on solo/group, touch of death, soul strike, necromancy, finger of death (somehow this will fire intermittently, don't ask - I usually manual this though and keep it off the bar instead). For Melee and Ranged (I can't speak about mage as i don't use it that much), I don't really think it will affect your revolution bars that much aside from Snipe, in which case if you already cancelled your channeled abilities as shown in this video you shouldn't see a notable difference. Basically the same with fury in the 3 or 4 slot. Melee has 2 188% abilities that should basically always be used when off cooldown. After that it's either fury or dismember, probably dismember with the cape perk but I don't recall off the top of my head.

There is a slightly expensive method apart from what the other gentleman suggested. It includes using a blood reaver with scrolls. Just ss + blood rever with scrolls (auto fire rate not sure) + prism of drowsing to heal the reaver. And use penance aura. This method works really well for me, I afk for 5 mins straight.
