Holding the SELECT button (Left of the Xbox GUIDE button in this case) brings up a radial with options for your health, moving furniture, etc. This one is important to remember because I believe you can ONLY MOVE FURNITURE by selecting the option this way and then using the D-Pad to highlight the tile you need.

At the bottom of the page in the Display Options you can set the "Pan camera while aiming" option to "No". I've seen more trailers than cars on good condition across the entire map, so this might be bad rng on your part. Mostly poor condition advert trailers here. Finding one with storage would be cool. Hitching trailers? I found two on my first life with the mod installed, I have the tow mod and whatever the other one that was needed as well. So I grabbed a vanilla car and backed up to the hitch and there was no option to attach them. I right clicked and I held V for the extra options.
