I found that doing the advanced holds tutorial made a much bigger difference than the 5 min. routine that comes in the instructions. It takes longer but is worth it. I initially used it daily for 60 days and then every other day after that. It's helped to lift and define my cheekbones and eyebrows/upper lids and slightly lift the corners of my mouth.
