I don't know any 91C or 91J who have been to ALC. my ATTRS letter says it's a class of about 12 but the prerequisites are a little bland. All it says is I need BLC, DLC2, and to be promotable. All of which are obviously complete. I've been told by my MCS and Motor Sergeant that I need to complete ALL of GTRAC prior to going.
