FM COMAT is the worst exam. A lot of stupid shit on it, poorly written questions, just BS. The exam is basically IM. You rarely get bread and butter FM on it. Best way to do well on it, and by extension any exam, is just read the question for what it is. Everything is in the STEM for a reason. Don't infer anything. You'll do fine. Just took the surgery COMAT yesterday. I used COMQUEST and it seemed to be pretty representative of what was on the test. There were a few questions that were nearly exact. Most of the COMAT questions were "next best diagnostic test" or "next best step in management". A good portion of the questions were biliary/GI related followed by breast ... It’s mostly just who would you refer to, which imaging and IM. Just need a 78 to pass. Then just doing combank or comquest will be enough. You should do them all. One of them should hopefully be enough. I feel like EM can ask from any category.

I would recommend Rosh for EORs and Uworld for final PANCE review. Uworld has longer questions better for building time management compared to Rosh IMO. No matter which one you use, both are great study tools for PANCE alone or together! I liked having Uworld to get some fresh questions after using Rosh for all of clinical year.
