So you can do SetDifficultyValue 10 in game as a command to do what you want tho. The ini that you don't have access to will override it every time you load the game so you'll have to redo it every time, but that's how ya do it. It’s 224 post tame plus lvs you put in afterwards. As of December 22nd 2021 the max level on official it's 450. Once your Dino has reached the 450 Max s l o t you can no longer apply any levels to that Dino. If you have an egg that is 451 it will disappear as soon as you try to hatch it.
