I recently got the Bloody Helice and maxed it as well and what I found to be odd is that althougu the Helice does so slightly more damage with my stats (35 Str, 40 Dex, 40 Arc) it has significantly less bleed than the Stitcher.Having 60-80 arcane and 25ish faith is such a good build. You don't necessarily need the godskin peeler, just a polearm or twin blade of choice that scales well with your build. The weapon art just sorta works that way since its the special black flames. Won't do that kinda damage to people, but it destroys any boss that stands still long enough for it.Looks like they count Eleonora's Poleblade as an S-tier arcane weapon... and I honestly don't see why. It felt pretty underwhelming due to its low damage output and blood buildup(it has like 57 buildup on +6 while godskin poleblade+7 is 87).
