O, that makes it cheaper by 1 wrench if I recall correctly. For sure, shock does a big chunk of damage when it triggers, and also stuns the enemy for a moment. It pairs great with the cold (which only slows, not fully stops) for some massive crowd control. I find that the ruins are the most difficult.
