It is the RXOM's job to enforce workflow. If the techs and the RPH's are behind, the RXOM is the one who's going to take the heat when the metrics drop because that's their job description. So in my opinion, the RXOM has every right to speak up if workflow is behind or not being followed properly. But it's all in how it's being said.

Seeing if anybody has good details about RXOM position. I’ve been with Walgreens almost 10 years now and basically worked everywhere including pharmacy. I was coded as a tech at one point for about 4 or 5 months then had to drop back down to CSA due to budget cuts. I’m currently an ASM and am state and nationally certified.
