I put R8 on the title to try and get advice that is future-proof/meta as I continue to clear harder difficulties. So far for Lei Luo I've seen 3-ish build types (please correct me): high damage sniper, woodpecker spam with chain ...Use Crown Prince with maxed damage abilities and Hex Smoke, get yourself sniper rifle with best damage/crit/lucky shot mods, aim for the head.
