Went from 370s to 480s on COMSAE before and after, and predict my second COMSAE was low due to some big external stressors at the time. It is a very strict program but it did the trick to me.

It's a lot of 1st order questions. I got a 20% on OMM and still was in the 580+ just off the buzz words questions alone. Don't be nervous!

A few I didn't know diagnosis based off vignette, but I only hit 75% of UW so thats the way the cookie crumbles. My UWSA1 was 260 so I felt ok to not do another test before.I dropped about 60 points from 107 to 108 hoping it still worked out for me. I feel like the Comsaes are not super predictive, so as long as your other scores and q banks have been relatively consistent then I wouldnt worry too much.
