Like run for 2 minutes, then a minute off, then back to running. etc. I suspect its my coolant temp sensor. I have no codes.air conditioner. The rear ac does not blow cold. Ac pressures within spec. The rear temp door/actuator operates properly. At 90 degrees outside, a thermometer in the front middle left air vent air blows at 51.6 degrees (within gm spec). The rear left air vent blows at 77.7 (out of gm spec). I have tried replacing the rear thermal expansion valve but no change.

The system has a low pressure switch that prevents the AC unit from turning on if the refrigerant pressure drops too low. On the Acadia it most often is an expensive repair. Need to find the leak, replace the offending parts the recharge the AC.

If the outside ambient temp is above 90 deg, it could be in the 50 psi range, but I don't think it should be any higher than that on the low pressure side. To restart the GMC Acadia Hvac, shut off Ignition, remove the HVAC / ECAS fuse for 10 seconds, reinstall and power the car without hitting any buttons, wait 40 seconds for the control module to self-calibrate.
