I'd maybe do a search in this flashlight subreddit for sofirn sp35 and check out some of the other threads on it if no one else comments here on it. It looks better than the Fenix PD36 to me though. It has a moonlight mode and a lower eco mode compared to the Fenix. Better throw distance and slightly more total lumens.
