Ok, I've had this a few times, and finally read a fix that seems to work: Go in with a 0 streak operator. I suggest dismiss an operator and set to a new one just to be sure. Do a mission and exfil successfully with that. Go to your broken operator, and change their skin to something else. Infil, do mission, exfil and it should be incremented by ...
