Chevy malibu cranks but wont start.
Jun 13, 2014 · '05 Classic with the 2.2l Ecotec motor. Was running fine, starting fine, no problems. Yesterday I drove it to softball practice. When I go to start it to go home, it won't turn over. Cranks, but no start. It's cranking good, so I know the battery is good. I took off the Schrader valve and checked presence of fuel at the fuel rail.

Since the new used motor was installed the thing won't start, the mechanic said it need a new fuel pump that was the issue. Like an idiot I took his word and put in a new pump.
