I like blight but this league i played builds which are not so good for blight like RF for example so this league I skipped it entirely ... I use empowering tower range and empowering tower effect and I can at least confirm the range one is working. my empowering tower range is definetly working since the AoE of them is now huge so maybe it depends on the annointment itself. I haven't anointed a single ring since blight league. I don't think they're useless, they're just not necessary. I hardly run blighted maps but when I do I run a build that's really good at them so I don't need anoints. I just place cold and physical slowing fields everywhere and do the damage myself.
