The other items were un related to the fault code but one is believed to be cause of machine going into limp mode and that is the oil pressure switch. I have the exact same ski and had the same code. I bought the right keypad for $87 and changed it. It is easy. I also got the new rubber button covers for start and cruise. Keypad comes complete w/ rubber buttons. I don't think the code will affect performance.I've seen them throw different codes after awhile when the ibr pcb is failing. It is looking like you will need a new ibr. Aug 8, 2014. #1. I have a 04 seadoo gtx that cranks but no start. The only code is p-0231. I was able to have it start once but died right after. It has spark. I pulled the injector to see it spraying on crank. The one time I had it start was with starter fluid but couldn't start it again.Replaced Map Sensor and seals, still had fault code. Then the motor would not start, just a click and eventually would turn over but not fire. Then saw a fault code 0335. Second SeaDoo mehcanic looked at it and said the ECM is bad and to get a new one. Took it to a third Seadoo mechanic and they siad the Crankshaft sensor is bad.
